Sea Sunshine Shipping, Inc. (SSSI) is a corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines on April 15, 1997 and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on May 5, 1997 to carry out the business of manning and crewing of vessels for International Maritime Community.
SSSI is presently and efficiently run by its President and General Manager, under the helm of Capt. Jose Maria L. Lopez, an experienced Master Mariner who has been a pioneer and part of SSSI. The strategic alliance with the other experienced Shipping executives , proved to be a great success and eventually helped SSSI developed new training methods and seminars that continually upgrade crew technical know-how and skills for on-board application.
Since its establishment last 1997, has served several principals with vessels ranging from various types of vessels i.e. Bulk Carrier, Woodchip, Pure Car Carrier and General Cargo. While it has a competent staff who majority have served as a pioneer and with extensive experience support Sea Sunshine Shipping Inc. to be in the Manning business serving the Industry for strong 21 years and looking forward for more years of cooperation with their Principal and their capabilities to attract other prospective Foreign Principals because of their expertise and established quality management system.
